Try washing your hair with conditioner instead of shampoo sometimes. It helps drastically. I have long, dry, kinky afro hair though, so my hair can use all the moisture it can get

I'm 5'7" and currently 150. I'm small framed (or medium?) and like my weight between 125-130. 120 was nice but my mother said my head looked big. Plus I didn't have a butt. I like my butt. Lol.

I work out after work in the late afternoon/evening. I can't imagine waking up that early. Good luck girlfran.

Mine too. Plus since I've been eating better and exercising my appetite isn't through the roof so I only want smaller portions of my favorite foods. I think my "cheat" is more in my weekend alcohol consumption. Cheat days...for days.

I feel the same but I only drink water and unsweetened tea so I think I can afford smoothie liquid calories. (Unless the weekend comes and I get into vodka mode...that's a lil bit of a different story ;]) I do drink smoothies as a meal though, for breakfast.
