Thanks, I don’t know what my maintenance calories will end up being but lets says is 2000 cals a day, I didn’t want to go from 1400 a day to a immediate switch from 1400 as I thought that might be a tough transition so I thought I would coast or ease into transition by making this move to increase my calories for a few…

The answer is eat less and move more. Im in the gym 5 days a week for an hour each time and eating 1400 calories a day.

Great post. I am down 85 pounds as of today. I have been at it now for 4 months. Thankfully I have lost every single week for 16+ weeks. No gains and no plateaus so far. Your starting post was a good read.

You go onto week 13 and so on and so fourth until you lose all the weight you want and then you find a proper balance of calories and exercise to maintain the new and healthy weight. It might be a 2000 cal a day plan with 2 workouts a week or it might be something else. I will let you know when I get there. I am excited to…
