When I first started doing this I tried to update my intake as I went throughout the day. This helped me stay on track and helped me get a feel for how much I should be eating at each meal to feel balanced throughout the day, tried to eat roughly 1/3 of calories at each meal when I started and then adjusted from there.

This is a great site with lots of support and lots of good tools to help you, I know you can do it. Just kick it's butt.

When you are not looking or have just about given up , the right guy will fall right in front of you. Please help him up. At least this is what my wife says happened with us. Whatever you do just be yourself and make yourself happy. Good luck he is out there somewhere.

hey there, just joined myself one week ago, invited some friends to join also, for support. Best idea I think I have so far. Also check out the recipe page, there seem to be some good recipes on there that look healthy and tasty. Good luck and hope you reach your goals. :bigsmile:
