Weighed in today after run 185 5 pounds to go woot woot thanks guys so much for the advise i'm kicking this into high gear i hope you all do great on your own journeys to fitness.

Whoa quick responses thanks guy for the suggestions ill def take into consideration and i jog 1.6miles a day and try and exercise at least minutes as well as drink 1 gallon of water a day i have been told i run to short i need to be jogging a minimum of 3miles daily no stop for a breath which to be honest is super hard any…
