You are the good example on this board and my motivation now. It's been a bit of an insane week but that is no excuse. I do have my alarm set and pressing the off button in my sleep is not helping.

I think they actually made a snooze proof alarm that would literally roll off after you hit it. That is what I need. I never have a problem with the snooze though, it's the end alarm button that my brain goes for that early.

Darn it, my alarm didn't actually go off this morning! I set it, but forgot to check the box for it to go off. Woke up in a panic three minutes before my regular alarm went off. I'm going to the gym tomorrow and hitting the elliptical for an hour on hard to make up for this. Grrr... Weekends are a no go for early morning…

I think it would be a good thing if we post what we do and how long every day. More of an incentive.

Sounds good, if we can actually post what we do every day it makes us more accountable. I get up at 5:30 every morning so I'll get up at 4:50 Monday through Friday. Ten minutes extra to drag myself out of bed, I learned that one the hard way. Tomorrow will be relearning crunches for 20 to 30 minutes, setting my alarm right…

I lost .2 pounds!!!! My boyfriend brought home a pecan pie the other day, curse my sugar tooth!!! Hoping for at least a full pound next time. :)

Ok, I finally found that elusive spreadsheet, it wouldn't open on my Android. I added my name on it since i couldn't find my screenname on it. Pretty easy. Two days left to lose some more weight before another log in! :)
