I find that when I eat low carb I reduce belly fat quickly. Also, Denise Austin says that the best way to lose belly fat is not crunches but actually cardio workouts which burns fat.

That happens to me too and it happens when I don't enough food or I eat too much sugar/carbs. I find when I reduce my carb and sugar intake it balances out in a week or 2 and stops happening. GL!

Yes I agree your body is in starvation mode. Eat back some of your exercise calories and see if it makes a difference.

You can lose weight just by watching your calories. Exercising increases your results but not necessary for weight loss. Calories in and calories out. As long as your taking in less calories than your body is using in a day then you will lose weight!

Try Laughing Cow cheese. They are wedges that are only 45 calories and they are pre-portioned. I usually eat a wedge on baked crackers or pretzels.
