For the past 2 weeks, I've worked out 3-4 times per week. I hit whatever cardio machine is availabe (eliptical, bike, treadmill) and start with a warm up (2-3 min) and then I all out run, sprint, pedal, etc. for 30 seconds and then recover for 90 sec.
