I saw that someone wrote to slow down, and it's true. Even if you think it can't be possible, just try it for a little bit. Otherwise, you would get discouraged. Also, what helped me with my breathing; singing out loud (you don't have yell, but singing along softly to a song). I don't know why or how, but it works with me.…

Agreed! Take it slow is the best way to go; I just pulled a groin muscle trying to be a hero and increase my running time. BIG mistake. also, stretch and warm-ups are a must. I have learned my lesson.

Yes! I can't run without music, I'm miserable without it. I've always listened to hip-hop/rap while running, but for some reason, I feel that I run longer and better breathing listening to country. It's so weird to me, but it works. Pistol Annies FTW!

You're good! Just head to the gym and get re-energized. I know how you feel, the husband and I hit a Chinese Food buffett, definitely went over my calories. But, now, it's in the past; I'm heading for a run after work and focus on my day.

Cheese, bread and butter. I still eat these, but not like I used to.

Yup! It's a sad existence! I made Brioche this week and it takes all sort of will power not to eat the whole loaf with a stick of sweet cream butter. Oof.

Also, you can make serving, put it a ziploc bag and drop it in your purse. I like to measure out a serving of dry oatmeal, 1/2 tblspoon of Maple sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Add 1/2 of a banana and you are good to go!

Yes! Canadian Bacon...I made myself an egg white omlette with veggies and once slice of Canadian bacon. I was expecting the Canadian bacon to be 60 calories per slice; it was actually 20 calories PER slice. Three slices is a serving size, which totals to 60. I was pretty happy about that.

Go to www.eatingwell.com, they have many recipes that can ease you into a vegetarian diet and if you still crave meat, they have those as well. I also like that they have the nutritional info for their recipes!

I've had the same issue on my rest days. I find that eating vegetables to stay full works great; egg whites and yogurt help as well. I don't get as hungry if I incorporate them in my diet, especially for breakfast and snacks. So, for breakfast I would make scrambled egg whites, topped with salsa and an english muffin. For…

Why don't you poach the eggs instead? You are not using oil and can cook it which ever way you like, hard or soft. During my weekend brunches I like to place my poached eggs on dry toast and a side salad.
