  • Im down for a Friday weigh in. I also had to go buy a new scale. Now thats its nice out I hope to stay motivated and work off some weight. I have come a long way, but I have a long way to go and I know its not going to get easier.

  • Thank you! I think I have may done it wrong the first time. I looked up the turkey breast under sandwiches and it said 280, then I added the 220 for the flatbread but under the sandwich maker thing it shows it way different! Thank you again!
