  • I'm 5'2.5" and my goal weight as of right now is 140, hoping I end up in a size 6 or 8. That may change as my body continues to change, but we shall see. I am very curvy (DDs and a huge booty that runs in my family). I absolutely want to maintain my curves, and I think I can do so at 140 and still be happy with my body.

  • I use both every time I workout. I like the elliptical because I can go hard for an extended amount of time, but I like the treadmill for interval training, and I use it with the incline up all the way quite often. I would never choose just one, and I usually burn the same amount of calories as long as I have the treadmill…
