Pinterest is amazing. You can search for anything and find a recipe for it on there. Then you can make a board and pin it to that board, so then when you want to make it, u just go to that board and there it is. :flowerforyou:

It is not any different than going to any other hamburger joint and having a hamburger and fries. It just has a different name.

skinny cow chocolates. Chocolate rice cake with small amt pb spread on it, sometimes I also put sliced banana on it. Greek yogurt with 1-2 Tablespoons sugar free choco pudding mix, a little milk if needed, strawberries or other fruit. I LOVE my chocolate. Good luck!!! :flowerforyou:

Toss in olive oil or coconut oil (my preference), fresh garlic, salt and pepper. Roast in oven on 425 for about 15 min until it starts browning. After removing from oven sprinkle with fresh parmasan cheese. YUMMY!! I roast lots of veggies like this.:flowerforyou:

Are you measuring? Make sure you take measurements once a month. You will lose inches. That helped me. Don't give up. We are getting healthier. :flowerforyou:

I use quick add calories for items I can't find on the database and am too lazy to enter each thing in the recipe (mostly things I've cooked at home). :flowerforyou:

I don't like yogurt, any kind. But I have found I am addicted the plain greek yogurt, PB2, sweetener of some kind, chia seeds and chopped apple. OMG it is so yummy. Try mixing things you like with it or use it to bake with or in smoothies. :flowerforyou:

I have zumba rush and dance central. The adventures games, some of the games on that dvd are a workout. I love it but do laugh at myself alot for the way i look on the screen from the kinect or the type of movements they want me to do. You get out of it what you put into it. :flowerforyou:

I have always thought that long hair on fluffy girls made them look bigger. IMO short hair is much more flattering on us "fat" girls. Plus I think it makes us look younger. Long hair can make some women look old. :flowerforyou:

I love PB2. I eat it in yogurt. I also mix it with my sugar free syrup for my waffles. You can reconstitute it with whatever you want. I also dip bananas or apples just in the powder. It is 45 cals for 2T and 85% less fat. They also have recipes for peanut butter cookies and such, but I have not tried. Enjoy!!:flowerforyou:

My favorite way to eat greek yogurt is the plain with PB2 powdered peanut butter, sweetener, chia seeds and chopped apple. OMG It is my addiction these days. :flowerforyou:

Be aware of sugar free chocolate and gummy type treats. They cause horrible gas and sometimes explosive diarhea. I guess that is good portion control if you know eating too many of these will cause those type of problems. LOL :flowerforyou:
