I use it as butter on my toast or muffins and mix it in my oatmeal. I use it on anyfood I can think of. I've read the healthy kind for consumption is organic extra virgin coconut oil. It does have a slight coconut flavor, but I like that. :flowerforyou:

I Love chia seeds. I use them on everything. I soak about 1T seeds in approx 1/4 c water till it gets thick (about 5 min) and add it to my daily smoothies. I'm not sure about the artificial sweeteners, but some of them will give you horrible gas and explosive diarhea. Just FYI, if you experience this, the sweetener may be the problem.

I LOVE peanut butter pie also. But I have found a good substitute. Use vanilla greek yogurt, PB2 (I guess you could use reg peanut butter , but it is alot more calories) and some kind of sweetener. A lot of times I add some chia seeds. I eat it with an apple or just by itself. YUM:flowerforyou:

I am not a fan of reg milk either. I would rather have skim cuz it taste more like water. haha But I use Almond Milk all the time. I LOVE to use the almond choco milk on my special k vanilla almond cereal. Yummy!!!

Tuna melt with sandwich thin, tuna, celery, diced tomato, small amount spinach, green onion and weight watchers smoked string cheese. broiled in oven. Sometimes at work I will just put a slice of cheese on top of tuna mixture on the bread and heat in microwave till cheese melts. Love it!!!:flowerforyou:

I have an Xbox Kinect and do Zumba Rush and Dance Central 2. I like the music and dancing. Even tho I don't have a coordinated bone in my body and can't dance. At least I am moving my body. I worked all night (7p-7a), drove 45 min home, exercised and went to bed. Then woke up at 3p and exercised again before leaving for work at 550p. I exercised 2 times today!!! And was looking forward to it.

This had me giggeling. I can't picture a 100 lb bag of potatoes. My husband and I buy 5 lbs and it lasts about a month. But I do agree, you can improvise with items at home and don't have to buy exercise equipment. Have a blessed day everyone.:flowerforyou:
