I just started doing aerial (silks) about a month ago and it is TOUGH! Albeit very enjoyable. All types of berries, bananas, or stone fruit. I'll also put in a half serving of a low cal/high fiber dry cereal like fiber one, which won't break your carb bank if that's a concern. I also like it plain or as a "dip" with celery/carrots.
