a bit late to post....weighed in on friday at 150 pounds (loss of 1) despite a craaaaaaazy week. Started a new job (unexpectedly) which is a huge change in lifestyle.....went from on my feet for 8+ hours a day, to sitting at a desk 9+ hours a day. Changes my calorie allowance a lot and that has been hard to get my head…

Another mini challenge for me this week is to not let my many jobs get the better of me let myself get out of exercise! I know I really enjoy it when I do the exercise! I am not "too busy" to get myself healthy!
