  • I tried Insanity for 3 days. It's REALLY tough but I just did what I could, even just stepping side to side. I've found it hard to keep motivated to do the workouts. It's been weeks since I've looked at the DVDs so maybe I'll find some motivation on this thread!

  • You definitely have changes! Your face is thinner, your hips are smaller...the only thing larger is your SMILE :) Congradulations!! So tell us how you did it - I have been recording my food here for about 2 weeks and I've only lost a pound so far and I hope it works but I'm SO impatient.....how did you do it?
  • Hi Pat! You body fluctuates 1-2 pounds during the day - I would weigh in just once per week, at the same time. So I weigh myself every monday at 6 (before dinner).
