  • I had the flu the past three days and couldnt do the shred, but i'm better today and i'm back with the shred and i feel great :)
  • Today it was so much easier. but then i got cocky and did her fat blasting metabolism cardio workout and played the just dance on the xbox kinects for a half hour, and i am so ready to sleep now and it's not even dinner time yet. Can't wait for tomorrow!
  • Day two, accomplished. With some dancing cardio added and i walked to school :) My Muscles are so achey it's not even funny. But it'll be worth it :) Rock on everyone and keep up the good work :)

  • I'm going into the last 15-25 of my weight loss journey. I love these kind of time set challenges. I used to do the wii active's 30 day challenge everyday, along with all their workouts. I've never done the 30 day shred, but i love jillian michaels workouts. So looking forward to this!
