One of my favorite recipies, takes about 5 minutes from start to finish. All you need is a minute brown rice cup, about a half cup of frozen vegetables, I use seapoint farms chinese stir-fry vegetables with edammame, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger, and 1.5 tsp soy sauce.
