Had my four week re-measure and weigh-in today at boot camp... Lost 8 inches, 4% body fat, but only 1.5 pounds. I know that's because I was terribly weak before I started and had to build some muscle first ;) I'm hoping the next month is all about burning the fat and losing the weight and less about building the muscle now…

With Thanksgiving in there, I certainly wouldn't consider 2.5lbs a failure--I think that's a great job! Keep it up! :)
