I wish you guys the BEST of luck! You both can do it for sure! Just keep your head held high , and never give up! Also you are going to make mistakes and cheat every once in a while, so don't beat yourself up if ya do! Just pick yourself up and move on and try harder the next day, losing weight is a day at a time. :)

You're losing, but gaining muscle, that's probably why the scales aren't moving.

Personally I only eat 1,000 calories, and I am still losing, so far I'm not in starvation mode at all. It all really depends on how healthy and fulfilling the meals are.
