I try to stick to my initial calorie goal but if I DO go over (weekends) I don't feel as bad if I have worked out that day. I just make sure to not make it a habit and not go over the calories I earned back. My initial goal is 1200 so I don't feel awful if I go over a tiny bit once or twice a week.
