This happen at my office. Thankfully my bosses motto is if anyone ever offers you a mint, take it you need it. I often give my boss a mint prior to meeting with clients. When he asks if his breath is bad, I say better safe than sorry. It is a hard situation.

I decided not to follow WW closely after losing 30 pounds and making to my goal, so here I am one year later up 35 pounds. Don't give up, take a break using the maintenance. Also, I hate exercise, so I break it up or try to ramp up ordinary chores. Don't be afraid to take a 15 minute walk and just enjoy nature.

Hi - I was also on WW but due to some serious medical issues in the family I took a break and gained the weight back. I have found this so much easier than points. Two pounds a week is doable, but if you don't make your goals, are you okay with that? I have set myself up for 1 pound a week right now. Kim

I could use fun friends too. Just joined today. Was on WW before and got to goal weight and now added it back plus more. I need to be healthier, not super thin. I'm 49 (almost 50), can tell it is harder to lose weight now and am determined to lose 35 pounds by next boating season. Kim
