  • Hope my pic changed. Love this and love all of my rescues. In my pic, the black lab is Devo, he passed almost 2 years ago and was our first rescue. His old owner was getting rid of him because his wife at the time didn't like the dog. (I would have kicked the wife out instead) The black and white kitty, is Moe, he is 3ish…

  • I run with my dogs and they always have to do their business in those first few minutes, so I do a bit of warm up walk to a certain poin (probably only a couple of min, never timed it) and then I run. I also do the same walk as a cool down for me as well as my pups.
  • I am from Canada to, western side. I currently run 7/8K on a regular basis, currently just working on running 10K's as I haven't yet decided if I want to run a half or even a marathon.   • I have downloaded an app called BeatBurn Treadmill, created by lolo. You can use it inside on the treadmill or outside, I use it outside as I don't have access to a treadmill and love it. You can use your own music or go with what they play. Tells you how fast to go and when. You can also pick how long you want to work out…

  • I am not a morning person at all, I hate getting up in the mornings and love my sleep but every weekday I am up at 4:30am to be ready to workout for 5am.
