Sooo tired - sluggish workouts

Pocket Trainer App on Smartphones...
has anybody ever heard of this? I have been doing some reasearch and it seems like a good app. From what I can tell I think it only tracks exercises and not cardio but not really sure. If anybody uses this or has used it I would love to hear your thoughts about it. :happy:

in need of exercises to add to my routine
I have started doing the C25K along with the 200 hundred sit ups, this is on alternating days (Mon, Wed, Fri). On those days in between (Tues, Thurs) I have been doing cardio along with a 20 min strength training circuit at my gym, I feel that this is sufficient for one of those days (Tues) but would like to mix it up for…

snack before the gym?
I was wondering if having a snack before going to the gym is a good idea or is it like eating before swimming, not a good idea? If it is a good idea any suggestions on what? Something quick would be perfect, something I can eat before I leave work or can eat while on my way to the gym. Thanx

Yoga & Pilates

How do you keep track of your calories?
When you are the gym and use 2 or more different machines, how do you keep track of your calories until you are done and get home to log them? Short of carrying a piece of paper and a pen I have no options anything that can be suggested would be awesome. Thanx

c25k - ok to jump right in
I have had no excercise of any kind for over a year, I found C25K and this is where I want to start but am wondering if I should take a week and do strength and cardio before jumping both feet into running or does it matter? Any help you can offer would be wonderful. :smile:
