Looking for comments on anyone that has used this DVD before, did you like the results, did it work for you? Is this something to try when you are close to maintaining or is it good for someone who still has a way to go? Any thoughts at all would be great.

    I do that workout about once a week. I think it would be good for anyone! It is a tough workout!! at least for me. I'd consider myself semi-advanced? what i like about it is even though it is about abs, you really do sweat it out and get a good overall fat burning cardio workout going too. I actually just bought the dvd so that I could do the part 2. i consider part 1 to be one of the harder workouts that i do, because it really is challenging (but no so much so that you dont even want to try!) ;)

    go for it!!! also, jillian michaels shred it with weights its awesome!

    good question, I'm thinking about this DVD as well. Have done the 30 day shred and now working on banish fat/boost metabolism and the no more trouble zones DVD. I'm curious about the results.
