Sooo tired - sluggish workouts

I have always been a very tired person and I never used to sleep, since starting MFP, eating right and exercise I sleep like the dead. I fall into bed at 9 pm and I am up at 5 every day, except weekends. And yet I am sooo tired during the day at work I find myself wanting to nod off and could easily have a morning and afternoon nap. Because of this I am having very sluggish workouts and not getting out of them what I want. Any thoughts on taking a B12 supplement would this help? or any suggestions for something else?

    your diet is missing some critical elements if you are feeling that tired and sluggish, how is your veggie/fruit intake?

    There's lots of reasons why you could be feeling sluggish, some are minor and easily fixed, others are a warning sign of a bigger problem so I definitely think its something that you should talk to you doctor about.

    are you getting enough iron? low iron levels can make you tierd.

    My first thought... Are you eating enough? Have you checked MFPs goals vs. your BMR and daily caloric needs? Are you eating back any calories you burn during exercise?

    Have you been working out every day? You may just need to rest a few days.
