Thanks, I found this 42 pounds down since July 13 this year. Have quite a bit to go, so need all the help I can get. Horrible day today, I've been at this approximate weight for far too long now. Gotta do something!

Today was horrible, I noticed I had drunk no water. Will try some tomorrow. UGH!
