Since you can't spot reduce, a mixture of cardio and strength training/ body weight exercises will help with that. Especially if you are already at a good body weight, you'll want to do more strength training to build muscle to burn more.

I agree with reading the ingredients first and then the nutrition facts. I looked up the ingredients and would say that while this is probably healthier than potato chips one of the first ingredients is partially hydrogenated oil and it has many different types of sugar. I'm not vegan, but ohsheglows.com is a a vegan recipe blog that has some amazing recipes! Sometimes I'll add meat or just follow the recipe, but I haven't made anything on there that I haven't liked. I noticed a lot of greek yogurt (especially the flavored ones) have HFCS and/or added sugar. Make sure to check the labels! I always get plain and add fruit or granola.

If you're worried about muscle growth then you should definitely cut back on the cardio, and I agree with the above posters that you are over-training.

Splinter is a surprisingly really good movie (I thought it would be lame, but had to watch it and it was great!) and The Descent 1 & 2 (although 1 is better!) I love all the suggestions, horror movies are my favorite!

Once I started regularly exercising mine really lightened up and is shorter than it used to be and I rarely get cramps!

I just found Bodyrock last week and have been loving it! It makes me feel so strong when I complete the workouts (even if I need to do some modifications) and it's great having a new workout every day!

I wish we could spot reduce! It seems like my thighs will never shrink! :( For my belly, though, I did notice once I was combing cardio and strength training (thanks Jillian Michaels!) my stomach has a lot less fat and much more definition!

How's everyone doing? If you're still going, we're in the home stretch! I did 30 DS L 1&2 and was able to do both of the whole chair sit and v-raise circiuts with my 3 lbs!

True, and most inexpensive vitamins aren't worth buying, I was just listening to a Jillian Michaels podcast and she says if you can't afford the more expensive ones then don't buy any because they're not doing anything for you!

Since i took yesterday off, I did NMTZ today. For some reason I have been having the hardest time getting motivated! Ugh! What do you when you're feeling unmotivated? Usually I'll put on my workout clothes and feel ready within the hour (especially when I walk by a mirror and see my progress so far!)

I put one cup of it with 2 chilis in adobo sauce in the food processor and make a healthy chipotle "mayo" for fish tacos!

Day 9 finished! I forgot how much harder it is than level 1 as well! Does anyone else hate the last strength circuit? I die on those squat v-raise things! ugh!

I'm still going strong! I did Day 8 yesterday, but I'm waiting until the evening to do today's exercise. I was wondering if anyone was still doing this! :) Great job sticking with it ladies!
