• I drain & rinse them & add them to pasta salad(using whole wheat pasta of course) & add them to salads.

• I'm five foot even & I'm aiming for 130. After i see what i look like at that weight I may go for 120. I used to be 110 before i got pregnant but i'm also 42 yrs old so don't think 110 is realistic.
