Why am I doing it?? I have a 4 year old daughter and I want her to have a healthy mom & a healthy attitude towards eating/exercising. I want to be a good example to my daughter.

I have several confessions: 1. The other night I was under my calorie goal, so I ate some chips while watching TV & didn't log them. 2. My sugar levels always suck because I am still an avid Coke drinker. (I do make sure I log it in) 3. I very rarely eat breakfast during the week (I know, I know...it's a carnal sin)

I am notorious for not eating breakfast. When I do eat breakfast, I can wait to eat lunch later. When I don't eat breakfast, I NEED to have lunch at 11. I find that I don't over eat at lunch time, so I guess I am not doing too bad. Breakfast is not my favorite meal of the day like it is for a lot of people.

I went with my sister to a session with a Groupon. Like anothe person said, it helps with "suggesting" you make a better choice. For about 3 months I was on a roll, but then fell off the wagon again. You have to go back every so often for some maintenance. Overall, it is just OK. You still need to learn self control.
