  • I'm honestly in the same boat. I've been really strict the last year and stay with in my calorie limit, I eat super clean, run lots, hike, swim, do hot yoga, play sports and lift weights (I'm super active). My A1C is low, I have good blood sugar control, low cholesterol, thyroid is fine, etc I keep my carbs super low and…
  • I always eat PLAIN greek yogurt, then add in some vanilla protein powder! (the powder I have is sweetened with stevia and has 1 carb per scoop and all organic with no fillers and junk) The greek yogurt has no added sugars/flavouring/crap like most yogurts! plus all that protein keeps you full!

  • Well, I'd have to agree with the cocont water (it's filled with potassium), along with downing as much water as you possibly can, and I always avoid any HIIT style workouts the day after and instead go for a long hike or walk outside. The fresh air makes you feel great without almost killing your poor body! This seems to…
  • Do the injection sites leave anyone with strange marks or sore spots? Just trying to figure out all of the positives and negatives before I think about switching. • I was diagnosed about 12 years ago. I average between 10 and 16 a day, depending on how intense of a work out day it is! the odd weekend I slip diet wise and go a bit higher, but I find the less insulin I'm taking, the better I feel and the easier it is to maintain/lose weight.
  • I'm at 144 right now, my first goal weight is 125. I'd love to reach it by Christmas!
