Would also like to know this. I would consider what I do more strength training than cardio but I work on more tricks than actual dancing. Anyone know how to log it?

I normally do 10/15 mins on the crosstrainer and then a few stretches.

Be careful if you are putting it on carpet as it 'sinks' into the pile after a few days so needs to be tightened. I have a 50mm Xpole Xpert, I dont use the spin mode often but its nice to know I have it when I feel a bit adventurous lol

Hi everyone :-) I started pole dancing earlier this year and absolutely love it! Unfortunately the classes I went to are no longer running so I'm trying to teach myself from studioveena lessons.

I took some lessons and loved it. Prepared to be very sore...I had pains where i didnt know I had parts lol. Unfortunately there are no more lessons in my area so I bought my own pole and I'm teaching myself from online tutorials. Let us know how you get on :-)
