I cant do handstands either, so will be working on that. Would like to get a 100kg deadlift before the end of the year. I want to perfect my kipping as well....and my snatch needs some work. I have a busy year ahead of me :-)

Knocked 2.18mins off my fran time, just need to RX now! Also got a PR on my snatch, only 20kg but 3 weeks ago I couldnt get the empty bar over my head (I have poor shoulder mobility) so I'm delighted with that :-)

Make sure you are eating enough! I started doing a whole 30 half way through a 5 week deadlift strength cycle and dropped 2.5kg on my 1RM when I tested at the end of the cycle. I was so frustrated, couldnt understand how I was getting weaker and everyone else was having 10-20kg gains. I kept a food diary for a few days and…

Strength Front squat 3 x10 reps WOD 12 min AMRAP 20 wallballs 40 Double unders (or 120 singles) Havent mastered DUs yet so I did singles and got 4 rounds and 9 WBs :-)

Todays WOD was Jack 20 min amrap 10 Push press 10 KB swings 10 Box jumps Was a bit disappointed that I only managed 9 rounds but I really struggle with push press for some reason.

Maybe its just me but I find it almost impossible to kip with a band, they just dont allow enough movement.

Are you doing it yourself at home? If you are doing it in a box they should do a foundations course to teach you all the moves before you join any classes. If you are doing it yourself there is an app called iWOD Mobile that you can download for free and it shows all the moves with youtube links to show you how :-)

We did it last week, was tough but fun. I had to stay standing for one of the downs :-(

I found day 3 to be the hardest, it got easier after that. See how you feel after the 10 days and maybe try level 2 and then decide whether you want to go back to level 1.
