ok, you can have a brief freak out then re-group. this was a learning experience. and the longer you go between visits to fast food, the less and less appealing it will be. especially if you eat healthy good food the rest of the time.

I think its when the pain of continueing to be overweight exceeds the pain of changing diet & exercise & mental habits, and whatever causes that last overwhelming bit of pain is individiual and maybe thats it. you need to decide, which is worse; doing the work to change? or continuing to live the way we have all done that…

well unfortunately a lot of it is suck it up then there is experiment w/new vegs, eg. I hate carrots. so I quite freaking eating them but I like other vegs like broccoli, brussel sprouts, try new vegs. try cooking them differently, eg, roasting w/some olive oil. or light saute. then there is hiding them. shred carrots &…

you can get pasturiezed dairy & eggs that will be healthier than fast food for 2 wks. you can get peanut butter from health stores & even regular grocery stores thats "raw" w/out add'l sugar, fats thats safe I wouldnt eat raw meat under duress so I cant help you there. plenty of people eat sushi w/out problems here, the…

I have a cheese stick every day. it makes me happy. I can work it into my diet and oddly being able to have cheese helps me not feel deprived. I eat it about an hour before my light work out at lunch time & it prevents the jitters. again the big deal for me? it makes me happy. AND it actually helps me maintain good…
