ps. i'm not being facetious, except in saying I'm not there yet. it is great that you've made a transformation & I really salute you on that. re; calories. I have insufficient expertise myself to comment on that except to say good luck. smart job checking w/a professional.

yeah, thats not my problem ;) but i'm happy for you. what a great thing for a professional to tell you that you arent Ms chubby anymore, but an athlete. If I ever get here, I know I"ll have a hard time seeing myself as an athlete too.

flavored decaf (good quality) I've tried soem liquid, flavored stevia sweetener, none of that skanky artificial sweetener. I found some at spouts & got the chocolate. yum in hot coffee, they have also other flavors. Iw ant to try the orange in plain soda water. I have to be top heavy in protein or I get hungry. I also…

well. having to move for work is certainly stressful. heres what helped me. I had to go for a blood test early in the morning, and was in the testing office with about 20 folks in their 60s & slightly more (I'm 53) and only 3 of them WERENT in walkers. and they werent steady on their feet. I go to a small gym with a bunch…

are you hoping to do better or trying to leave a bad situation? better question identify why you want to leave. .

look for circuit training gyms to do at lunch. an example is Curves here in the US & they have some UK facilities. its not the best work out, but its not a bad work out & its better than nothing & some people are very successful with their program alone. I can do their circuit & come back to work within an hour at lunch.…

no one who loves you makes you look bad to his friends & family. someone who loves you makes sure you look good to them just saying. sorry, it sucks when you love someone & its one sided.

at your height I cant believe you got 1200n calories. I'm just under 5' 0" & am at 1200 & even when I'm doing good I often hit 1300 or 1400 & lose

just checked our your profile. you're 27? I think you're going ot have problems at 1200 calories. i'm 53, not quite 5'0" and 1200 works for me (when I do it) and if i'm exercising a lot (more than 2 hrs a week in 1/2 increments) I lose better at 1350 or 1400 calories, within the parameters of more exercise & logging…

1200 calories at 5'7" sounds REALLY low. I have that but then I dont even scratch 5'0" so I get that. also experiment i'f i'm exercising a bit I dont lose at 1200 but more like 1300-1450 calories. remember if you eat too little, you wont lose at all. and 1200 for your height is not going to work I dont think. you can try…
