Thanks everyone for making me feel so awesome, and helping me along my journey! I'm still struggling to lose the last 15-20lbs, but I know that I will. I do know that the closer you are to your goal weight, the harder it gets. So keep at it everyone, your here, and your trying, and doing great!

He says he doesn't care, but I know he is probably wondering why I didn't do this while we were still married! Maybe if he would have treated me better, I wouldn't have felt so depressed, and would have done it sooner! His loss, and I don't want him back anyway! LOL!

Thanks Everyone! Keep up all your hard work!

Well done! Sounds like the being really active, sleeping well, and fit friends have a very positive affect on you! WTG! And probably the crappy food too...LOL

Your AWESOME! Good job! It feels so good, doesn't it?
-
Awesome! You look GREAT! How do did you do it, I mean get into the magazine, and do they pay you anything at all? I was trying to do something for Mcdonalds on healthy eating, as I eat there a lot, their healthier fair, to promote healthy eating there, but I don't know how to go about it?! Any suggestions? I have been…

My 20 year old, and 14 year old always say I look good, and skinny! My 11 year old still likes to call me fat! I think because it's all he has ever seen me as. He'll get used to it soon enough...LOL. I think deep down, he knows how much I've changed!
-
Yes...lol.... that was really me! Sometimes I can't believe it either. :-)
-
I'm 5'6...Lucky for me I have always looked about 20lbs thinner once I got down to a decent weight! Even as a teenager.

I'm a night eater, it has never affected my weight loss! I normally don't eat much during the day though. I'm up pretty late though. If your truly hungry, and your stomach is growling, my mom used to say because it means your losing weight! LOL...Not sure about that, but if I over eat one day, i try to make it up the next…

Thank you, and your welcome! I also wanted to add that for you that are discouraged, I went for 8 months without losing one single pound. I think I was kinda slacking though. The surgery, the Abdominal plasty, put me back on track, and more motivated than ever, although I still do have bad days.So NEVER, EVER give up hope!…

Yes, i had an Adominal Plasty, and well worth it! The only thing they didn't cover ws the muscle stitching, so i begged my dad for the $700 i didn't have, i had $300 but was short. I'm just so very thankful!

Thnak you...LOL...Yes, those before pics are horrible! I'm so embarassed, and it took me this long to finally post them! Almost 2 years.
-
Good luck to us both! I was stuck for 8 months without losing one single pound! After the surgery, things started moving again, and put me back on track! Keep up the great work, and have fun on your Honeymoon!

Done! Thank you!

When i was 315 pounds back in November of 2010, I had 2 periods within 4 years! I have ALWAYS been regular every month, but because of being so over weight at the time, nothing! After I lost the first 30 pounds, my periods came again like clock work! Pain in *kitten*.....LOL. And many other things are happening, like too…

I used to weigh 315lbs back in November of 2010. I just hd an Abdominal Plasty surgery...Thank you god, now I'm lsing weight like crazy! I hear ya...Groceries are higher than ever and we are always short on money! I have been squeaking by for the last 2 weeks with no groceries either. I have been eating at Subway a lot though with their $5 footlongs. Turkey, veggies and honey Mustard is low cal and healthy for the most part. I don't have anything good or…

I must say, it's always going to be an uphill battle no matter where you are at or how far you have come. I have lost over 105lbs, but have been struggling to lose the last 55lbs I would like to lose. I'll do good for 7-8 days then have several bad days, especially with Ben & Jerry's ice cream, a very big downfall for me…

For me,I get to watching TV, seeing the commercials on food and such tends to make me want to eat. Also, boredom plays a big role, or you think your hungry and your really not which would be emotional eating! I know I'm feeling lonley all the time so good reason for some Ben & Jerry's right?! "NOT" I fight this almost…

Yes, it's definately difficult to have to get rid of your "Fat Clothes", when some of the items are brand new and still have tags on them because they were too tight to begin with and you couldn't wear them in the first place! I have gotten rid of at least minimum, 5 bags of fat clothes. I have been buying a lot of new…

Your doing AWESOME! I too started my journey back in November of 2010 and have lost 104lbs...56 more to go! You sound a lot like me, ice cream, especially "Ben & Jerry's" "Heath Toffee Crunch", is my biggest downfall! Keep up the great work and welcome to the official, best site ever..MFP!

I hear ya! When I see overweight people in the stores while shopping, I remember back to when that was me only a short year ago, and it definitely keeps me motivated to keep at it! It's been hard lately but I'm all in, and never giving up..Why? so I can be like I used to be, fat, miserable, ashamed and feeling depressed…

My diet mentality has changed so much back from when I started ALL this dieting nonsense back all the way from when I was 8 years old! I'm almost 43 in April. It was so bad for me. If I were on a diet and I accidently took a swig of someones regualr soda, I would run and spit it out and freak out about it! I also felt like…
