Home . I prefer to sweat and look horrendous in my own home :P but I also do find it hard to go to the gym. But in saying that, once I'm there I have to do a workout.

ah its not that i want him to change, he wants to lose weight but he isn't a big healthy food fan :P

the stew and chilli thing sounds great :) i'm not sure how readily available turkey is here in new zealand, but I'll try find some of that :)
