I need all the motivation you can give. I don't really count carbs I go more by calories. I've lost 35 lbs so far but would like to lose alot more. I could use some help on carb counting would like to try that route. You can add me if you'd like :smile:

It took me I would say 30 lbs or so to go one size down :( I was hoping it was going to be every 10lbs, oh well

Loved the game they were awesome!!! If they play like they did today, they got the western championship!! Born and raised in San Antonio and will always be a fan. Free coffee or cappucino at any Valero gas station whenever the Spurs win during playoffs....Yay!!

I'm 5'7 starting weight Jan/2013 was 250 currently at 221...29lbs so far hope to get to 160!!! It can be done!

Started reading The girl with the dragon tattoo by Stieg Larsson, a while ago. Picked it up were I left at more than halfway done now. Good book the beginning was slow and boring but its on a roll now. I read the other comments and now I have other choices to pick from.
