  • I love eggs no matter what others say. I do however only eat 1 yolk to every 3 eggs I eat. Watching cholesterol and increasing protein is my goal with eggs. Besides that, eggs are so Delish!!!!!

Get on here first thing in am, and leave it on my computer throughout the day to see what I need to eat, etc. I always plan 2 days worth of meals ahead of time…
  • You have already started in the right direction with both you and your wife doing it together, logging all your foods, and walking.
