Hi. I'm from South Shields. Only have about 5lbs more to lose, but really need toning! My lifestyle has changed over the last few months, clean eating and a lot more exercise....and hardly any alcohol!

Did it! Really didn't want to, but didn't do any exercise yesterday, so I've made up for it with the shred and running, feel much better now :)

My scale doesn't move much either, but only have a few more pounds to lose. I've been running 3 times per week and started 30DS on Sunday as I relly need to tone up these old muscles!

Well done!! And free?? Feels good though doesn't it. When we were on holiday, the 'girls' always trecked to a cafe which served apple pie and cream, I always had the frozen yogurt, and it was fab!

Well done, that's brilliant! You're right about outside being totally different from the treadmill!! I did all of the C25K on the treadmill, then when I went outside I thought I had lead trainers on! I'm thinking of going back a few weeks on C25K and building up my stamina!

Start C25K on your treadmill evry other day. It's a brilliant way of starting to run, and if I can do it........ I've just finished week 9 and can run for 30 mins, and I started where I thought I was going to die after 30 secs
