I just started last Tuesday and am enjoying it so far! I like the way it tracks and tells you what vitamins and minerals are in the food. However, I was shocked to see how little potassium I am eating, even though I thought that with the tomatoes and bananas that I would be getting enough. Hmmm

Eat some zero calorie foods or snacks with hardly any calories in that are good for you.
