Agreed! Everyone needs to be happy -- whatever the weight is. That was part sarcasm, however, I think a healthy weight (BMI) is something to strive for. I get called skinny lots and I am 138 pounds and have a normal BMI, healthy and strong. That's what I mean.

Don't obsessively weigh yourself... weigh once a week and you will get a better overall result instead of daily changes.
