today was an ugh day! we had a night and most of today with no kids, we slept till almost 3pm! then we went and ate saltgrass steak house. needless to say i went over my calories with my ONE meal ive eaten today. haha. back in the gym tomorrow tho. hope everyone had a nice weekend.

yay! a pound is a pound and good for you! i have the BB boot camp dvd...that im supposed to be doing right, im just dreading it. im at 1700 a day, and i stayed in my calories today, with a 100 to spare! it wasnt near as hard as i thought it would, every time i started wanting to do snack, i filled my water bottle up.
