sure lets do it... I am going to start Mr. Shut up and train's challenge on 10/7. If you have never done it, you may want to check it out. It is super intense but kind of neat because it is free and changes daily.

I understand why you get frustrated. I have been holding at 150 for a while now. I see changes in my body measurements when I add in yoga and strength training. See if that helps you. I have never tried to make my own but i may after this posting! One of the resturants here has a "lower carb version" with very small amounts of rice.
