You have got this!! Feel free to add me to your friend's list. I do agree that 1200 maybe too low. Definitely look at some other calorie calculators or talk to your doctor. Watch your carbs and increase your protein. Everyone is different; see what works best for you.

im in!! Today I walked 4 miles, went to a HIIT class and did 50 burpees.

try different versions slowly and see what works and doesn't work for HIM. Nutritionalists are a great idea. I know for me, I have lots of food allergies. It would be insane to avoid all of them so I had to figure out what worked and what didn't for me personally. Good luck.

I got mine for Christmas and love it also. I have the Flex and I use it to track my steps... for me the 1000 steps is a goal on top of my HIIT training and helps keep me in check.

I am kind of a nerd but I try to decide what recipes I am going to make for the week, load them into a program and then it auto populates the list for me. Some of my staples are almond milk, apples, frozen fruit to mix in my protein shakes, chicken, and lots of frozen steamable veggies.
