NSVs - what a great idea! Mine would also be consistent activity. I had an out of town medical appointment today but still managed a walk before dark with my wife after getting back home. Another would be starting over again the next morning when I've "fallen off the diet wagon". I never thought of those as victories.…

As MelisLopez said if you go to the bottom of the Food Diary page there is a button labeled "View Full Report (Printable)". You can adjust the reporting period at the top of "Full Report" and then copy and paste the information into an email. Good luck!

If you enter the length of your step/stride accurately pedometers can be amazingly accurate. I checked a Sportline pedometer against the CardioTrainer/GPS app on my Android phone. The pedometer registered 11,278 steps and 5.87 miles while the GPS app registered 11,260 steps and 5.86 miles.
