I'm feeling cold as well. Even after reaching my goal weight and returning to eating a weight sustaining 2,200 calories per day I'm still cold. Despite the inconvenience of layering up with clothes I'd rather do that than return to my previous insulation. Good luck and congratulations on the weight loss.

I prefer to weigh my food and bought a digital scale for that purpose. However if you search MFP's food database many if not most foods are listed in multiple serving quantities including volume measurements (cups, tablespoons, etc.) that you can use without a scale.

I use "Old Fashioned Oats" instead of "Quick Oats" and add either blueberries or golden raisins. I haven't seen a difference between Quaker and the house brands. Weight and cholesterol were both down for my last doctor visit. This is my breakfast every morning.
