You and I are about the same height and were about the same weight when we started, I'm only 12 days in but you look fantastic!!! Think of how much more progress you will have come summer! Good job girl keep it up :)

I am on day 12 so I started level 2 two days ago and I have definitely lost inches and 7 lbs already!! I do it every day. Like she says, you can't get results if you don't push yourself!! :bigsmile:

I work out at home only as well. I used to have gym memberships but the whole ordeal including driving, parking, check in, locker room and all over again can take 2 hours!! I love doing the workout videos, there are so many to choose from that I think it's a no-brainer. You don't need fancy equipment and whatever is needed…

My favorite is getting into a deep squat and doing punches with handweights or weighted gloves, great for the back and hamstrings :)

If you deprive yourself of the foods you love completely, you aren't living!! Eat healthy the majority of your week but you are only human! Eat that KFC but just make good choices the rest of the week :drinker:

I use kale and spinach every day in my breakfast smoothie. It may not be for everyone but I am seeing a significant improvement in my digestion and overall health. Any greens are good. No negativity please.

I think discipline and being aware of your calorie intake/burn should be enough. Supplements are a temporary "fix" that shouldn't be relied on.

Buy a jar of organic coconut oil!! It works for any stretchmarks (new or old) Definitely minimizes the appearance and makes your skin so so smooth! It's really good for hair, cooking, and eating in a smoothie!:happy:
