I'm doing insanity and I am in better shape and look better than ever in my life!! I'm almost down to my high school size. Insanity will kick your butt so hard but it's worth every minute, penny and drop of sweat!

Pay closer attention to your FORM during your workouts instead of keeping up with the speed. Speed will come in time and when form is good, results are better!!!!!!!

I get the same comments. "Aren't you afraid you'll lose too much? You're too thin you need to eat something. Don't lose too much or you'll look anorexic!! There is an HRM called a Fitbit that is meant to be worn all day to track your calories burned, you also wear it while you sleep and it tracks sleep patterns to better help you figure out your TDEE. They're expensive but I've read really good things. :)

DO IT DO IT!!! I'm on week 3, but unlike most of the above, I have never been an active person. Ever. I had an awakening a few months ago and did 30 day shred, then Turbo Jam now Insanity. It's so hard and so amazing that I will likely do it twice or throw it into another workout in the future. You can do it!!!

I'm 5'7 and I eat 2000 calories per day (net about 1650) I'm currently doing Insanity which requires high calorie intake but I'm losin inches like crazy!! :happy:

I LOVE Insanity, I'm on week 3, I have a good friend that does Les Mills Combat and it's one of her favorites. I've heard mixed reviews about P90x, not the results or the workouts which are amazing, but Tony Horton apparently gets annoying...But you will get awessome results from all!!

Whether you exercise or not, netting under 1200 calories will not help you reach your goal. I'm doing Insanity and it requires that I eat at least 2000 calories a day. Listen to your body.

I get "compliments" like "wow your getting thin, don't lose too much or you'll look anorexic!" or "you're doing great but don't you think you're losing too much?" or "You didn't need to lose anything I don't get why you're putting so much effort into it!" I get those three things all the time and I am so sick of defending…

ONE BAD MEAL WON'T MAKE YOU FAT, JUST LIKE ONE WORKOUT WON'T MAKE YOU SKINNY!!!! Living healthy is easier than people think. Never deprive yourself, eat (healthy) when you're hungry, and ROCK your workouts!!! :happy:

I have shakeology and I'm in week 2 of Insanity. I love it, despite the price..It makes me feel amazing and energized all day! It's also helped my digestion :)

I'm in the middle of week 2 and I'm loving it!!! I already feel stronger and have more endurance! It's so worth the money because after you finish it, you can always go back to it for a good workout! Screw the gym, Insanity is my favorite workout of all time :)

If you are now working out (but didn't before) then you are creating a calorie deficit that is necessary in losing weight, so you are (kind of) eating less than you were before because you are burning calories with exercise. :happy:

Too many examples above as to why this country is going to ****. I guess clothes make you who you are in your world. Not mine, I can't afford pre-ripped designer digs and if I could, I would donate the hell out of them to help others.

My profile pic is day 1 up to a couple days ago. I've done 30 day shred, Turbo Jam and now I'm on week 2 of Insanity! I actually didn't measure my legs, arms etc.. but I've lost 14 lbs and I'm sure a few inches!!

What I'm finding with Insanity is that you are burning so many more calories with the workout (than 30ds) that you really need to pay attention to calorie intake. In other words, you have to eat more to stay fueled and energized throughout the day and this also helps with weight loss.
