My confidence is much higher, however people give a lot of "back-handed" compliments "Wow you have gotten thin, you'd better not lose any more!" and "You don't need to be doing that you were fine before". Also, friends that don't exercise, don't want to hang out with me and don't want anything to do with fitness. Sad but…

Did my fit test yesterday! It was really hard but I always feel so good after an intense workout and that was only 20 minutes!!

I would recommend 30day shred to start! I started with it and it jumpstarted my weight loss very quickly!! It also made me love working out because I felt great afterward. Feel free to add me as a friend and I can help encourage you along the way :)

I take two 15 minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and typically just jog on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Have to keep it low intensity though...Being super sweaty at work isn't a good look haha!

I work at a clinic that has a physical therapy department that's never used..So I get free reign on the treadmills, bosu balls, weights, bowflex machine etc...Lucky I know but theres a lot more people NOT using it than there are using..

I completely agree with you. I also get people that compliment my progress, then they will tell me about some Dr. Oz pill or some other scam that "lets you eat what you want!" THIS sounds cruel but people that don't want to exercise and eat right WILL fail!

I always cook my dinner for myself then cook whatever he wants for him. I love cooking so I don't mind this, but you keep to your goals and he will feel stupid once you meet your weight goal and feel amazing!!

DO NOT TAKE THE DAY OFF!! Yes, do your workout in the morning and enter every beer into MFP just to keep yourself in check. Have a water between every alcoholic drink, your body will thank you. I will be drinking beer as well ;):drinker:

I have a stupid question and it's beating me up!! What does it mean when people say "burn more than you take in"???? So I'm supposed to burn 1300 calories per day? Theres no possible way for me to know how many calories I burn in an entire day (besides my workouts with my hrm) Someone please put it in understandable terms.…

I'm on day 6 of Level 2 and at this point, I know I have lost inches and 7 lbs already!! Normally I'm in a 11-13 jeans and I was able to put on a size 9 today!! Please do not give up!!! I would recommend doing it every day, I have not taken any rest days. Be determined to change your life, don't stop!!! :wink:
