Yeah the awkwardness is a challenge. I am on Stage 1/Week 3, I think. I try not to think about what I used to be able to do at 20-something versus today. I try to avoid noticing what other are lifting, and compete only with myself, because who else is fair competition? Keep going, it will get better!

Hi there. I use Naturade unsweetened, throw in some nut/seed based milk, add frozen kale or broccoli, frozen fruit (usually mixed berries and/or mango). From there I keep experimenting with other things. Fresh parsley is good. Lately been adding in some Bob's Red Mill Hemp Powder for some fiber and a bit more protein.

I find when craving sugar, it often means I'm not getting enough protein. Others have noted this as well. So try some string cheese or yogurt instead of hot chocolate.
